The Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation is a 1.5 hour session to introduce you to mindfulness and help you develop a new understanding around your health.
In the session we will look at what is currently going on in your life and what you are wanting to gain from learning about mindfulness & meditation.
I will take you through breathing exercises and a Guided Meditation and introduce you to a practice you can implement in your daily life. The session will also include small nutritional shifts you can begin to make right away.
